Founder & CEO
Tanya is the Founder and CEO of the Net Zero Tech Alliance, with over 20 years’ experience in delivering Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship support to public and private sector clients.
As founder and CEO of IoT Tribe, a global accelerator, she is responsible for the development of high-impact acceleration programmes that support Net Zero and tech start-ups to develop their businesses by engaging with IoT Tribe’s corporate partners. IoT Tribe currently has hubs in the UK, Singapore and Europe. Tanya’s networks are global, and, amongst others, she is a World Economic Forum European Digital Leader, contributing on a recent WEF reports to increase the levels of investment in women-led technology companies globally.
Tanya is also a member of the European Innovation Council, an initiative that provides up to 3M€ in non-dilutive funding and up to 15M€ to game-changing startups and SMEs from Europe, Israel and Turkey. Furthermore, Tanya is an advisory board member to the Next Generation Internet initiative and a number of start-ups, an evaluator for the Canadian Supercluster initiative a member of Tech London Advocates and Tech Spain Advocates, and she is on the board of the Alliance of Internet of Things Innovation (AIOITI), an industry body set up to promote IoT adoption.

Engagement Co-ordinator
Tom is the Engagement Co-ordinator for the Net Zero Tech Alliance, where he leads on the logistical and administrative arrangements for events and day-to-day activities.
He is also Engagement Co-ordinator at IoT Tribe, where he serves as the co-ordinator of complex projects and has responsibility for ecosystem engagement, alongside start-up and partner recruitment strategy, on Net Zero and other accelerator programmes. He is actively involved in the UK’s net zero ecosystem, serving as an MC at Net Zero events and playing an active role in workshop sessions for Net Zero startups.
Tom holds a BA in History from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Kelvin has 15 years of experience, predominantly across global asset management, buy-side equity research and investment banking platforms. He also has experience leading the Series B fundraising round with global and corporate VC investors in a real estate climate technology startup.
Kelvin started off his career as an analyst at Deutsche Bank in London before moving to HSBC and UBS as an Associate and Associate Director respectively in Hong Kong, closing US$7bn of corporate finance transactions internationally. He then covered developed market stocks as a buy-side equity analyst and a portfolio manager at SAFE Investment Company Limited and Fosun Asset Management respectively. Kelvin most recently worked as General Manager (Asia) for Switch Automation, a US-based climate technology startup focused on decarbonizing commercial real estate.
Kelvin holds an MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and a BSc International Relations from The London School of Economics.
From 2007 to 2020, Ho Yoon gained valuable experience at SK Networks, a subsidiary of
South Korea’s largest conglomerate, specialising in global B2B sales of steel products. He
also held the position of Chief Representative in Myanmar from 2014 to 2020. These roles
provided him with invaluable insights into international trade and business operations,
allowing him to develop expertise in navigating diverse markets and establishing successful
partnerships.
In 2021 and 2022, he transitioned to focus on ESG and carbon business at SK Energy,
deepening his knowledge of sustainable practices and corporate responsibility. This led to
his involvement in the EV charging business, expanding his understanding of the growing
EV market and emphasising the need for robust infrastructure to support widespread electric
vehicle adoption.
Since March 2023, he established Cosmos Bridge Trading, a company specialising in trade
intermediary and consulting services. His goal is to utilise his expertise and industry
knowledge to facilitate trade between different parties. He is also actively supporting the
fundraising endeavours of the Korean Biochar startup 4EN, helping them attract global
investors and expand into the ASEAN region.
Ho holds a BA in Business from Yonsei University, South Korea.
