Roundtable: Driving Net Zero Action Across the Value Chain

Tuesday, 21 March 2023, 1430 – 1800 SGT
SGInnovate - 32 Carpenter St, Singapore 059911

Scope 3 emissions can account for 80% or more of a company’s total emissions, particularly in industries with complex supply chains. There is growing pressure from investors, customers and regulators for companies to address their emissions across the value chain, including Scope 3, in the move towards a more sustainable and low-carbon economy.

Scope 3 emissions can be difficult to measure and manage, however.  There is a lack of verifiable information on Scope 3 impact, the external dependencies are higher and taking action is more complex.

Asia is a major player in the global supply chain, with a significant portion of the world’s supply chain located in the region.  This is expected to grow further in the coming years.

As supply chains become more complex and the race to Net Zero hastens, there is a clear need to establish collaborative mechanisms and technologies than can optimise our Net Zero efficiencies across the value chain.

By invitation only, the Roundtable on Driving Net Zero Action in the Value Chain provides a platform for senior executives from leading corporates, public agencies and key stakeholders in sustainability and technology to share perspectives on how technology commoditises the supply chain, how technology can be harnessed to deliver extraordinary impact across the value chain and how we can achieve Net Zero faster through resilient partnerships.
